I’m a wife of 20 years (yes, two decades and counting!) and a proud mama to four incredible kids who are growing up faster than I can believe. Gone are the diaper days... now it’s late-night talks, real-life lessons, and learning how to mother young adults while still keeping the fridge stocked and co-starring in random TikToks.

 

This season of life looks different, but it’s beautiful. With more wisdom, a little grind and a lot of grace, I’ve leaned fully into my purpose: helping women transform the chaos of everyday life into something meaningful, beautiful, and powerful.

 

These days, I'm known as an Alchemist. Not the kind that turns metal into gold, but the kind that turns ideas into impact. I help busy women entrepreneurs navigate fear, fatigue, and overthinking, and show them how to take what they already have- their story, their spark, their vision- and create brands, events, and experiences that shift the room. Whether it’s through coaching, creative strategy, or curating spaces that feel like a deep exhale, I bring magic to the mess.

 

Backed by a degree in Psychology, an A.S. in Human Services, and certification as a Life Coach, my passion for people and my commitment to care are deeply rooted in everything I do. It’s no surprise that Her Hectic Life, LLC is both my brand and my mission, legally trademarked and built from love, lived experience, and legacy.

I’m also the creator of Ladies Who Launch, which began as a one-day conference and has since grown into a full weekend experience for womenpreneurs. With dynamic speakers, interactive workshops, a vibrant vendor market, and VIP upgrades, it’s a space where ambition meets activation. While attendees walk away with tools, clarity, and new connections, the event also serves as a platform for women to showcase their expertise and authority as well. Whether as workshop presenters, vendors, or featured article writers in our curated event guide. It’s not just about learning; it’s about leading.

 

As the founder of Eta Eta Lambda (ΗΗΛ), a membership-based sisterhood for womenpreneurs, I’ve cultivated a space where connection leads to collaboration and collaboration leads to transformation. Our members represent a wide range of industries, from chefs and hairstylists to doulas, wellness coaches, and creatives. Together, we network, share resources, and show up for each other, in business and in life. Eta Eta Lambda is more than just a support circle; it’s a movement. Our community outreach includes a program for young girl entrepreneurs ages 11–17, a business scholarship package for womenpreneurs, and an annual Womenpreneur Business Fair that shines a light on local talent and innovation. It’s sisterhood with purpose and a whole lot of power behind it.

 

And then there’s Charcuterie & Shit- my way of encouraging women to slow down and create intentional spaces where healing and joy can happen. Charcuterie has become a pop culture phenomenon, with beautifully arranged boards filling our social media feeds. But at its core, C&S it’s not just about the food... it’s about what happens around the board. It’s an invitation to gather, to share stories, and to connect in meaningful ways. In a fast-paced world, charcuterie represents a return to fellowship, to shared experience, and to the kind of soul-nourishing moments that make life sweeter. Through our luxe product line of dehydrated fruit blends, simple syrups and more, we turn those moments into elevated rituals.
